This year Roger Thomas and crew hosted the first Kanata RibFest car show for CHEO. Is there a better combination than cars and BBQ? The event was held at the Kanata Leisure Centre with the car show commandeering about half the parking lot. It was a full house by the close of registration. As soon as the gates opened at 9am the wonderful smell of BBQ filled the air and waiting until 11am for the food to be ready was definitely a challenge.
